Olga'sOlga's Kitchen, a multi-state chain of restaurants, needed a way to gather profile information from current rewards card members. In the past, when a user signed up for a rewards card their profile information was not collected, and this lack of data limited their overall promotional potential. As it stands today this has been remedied for the rewards card sign-up process, but Olga's had the bulk of their rewards card membership with incomplete profile information.

Currently the tools offered on the internet to gather demographic and user information are either not capable of collecting both demographic and registration information or require a substantial upfront investment of time and money. Another option was to consider building a custom interface to collect the information they needed, but again this would cost thousands of dollars.

A cost effective and robust solution was needed that wouldn't require a significant upfront expenditure and could collect all the profile data in conjunction in a robust and secure manner.
